food friday {week 4}

happy friday er, i mean saturday before heart day.

we’re a little late posting, but included a printable to make up for it : )

introducing an easy {non-sugary} breakfast for your valentine any day of the year.

here is a good recipe by the pioneer woman.

{she cracks the egg right into the pan, but you can also beat egg, salt & pepper and pour it into the bread.  i also like to add a little cheese}

and a printable note card to go with it.

{ d o w n l o a d   h e r e }

and lastly a dinner menu to make your week a little easier!

m.  chicken sandwiches with peppers + sweet potato fries

tu.  hungarian beef stew + 7 grain rolls

w.  south of the border bow tie pasta + cole slaw

th.  vegetable pie + apple slices

f.  chicken and vegetable curry over rice

hope everyone is having a fun weekend.

i’m super tired, but have a pretty eventful weekend…  family photo session with stacy, teaching sunday school with the hubs, lunch in the city with a friend and finishing up valentines for our boys.  first a nap….  maybe.

ps – the chicken & veggie curry is one of my families FAVORITE dinners.  {yummy}

      thanks rachel! you are very welcome. don’t have PW cookbook, but have tried a couple of her recipes from her site. how about you?

      i picked up a couple of those black polkadot plates at marshall’s last fall. they aren’t our everyday plates, but fun to use for special occasions.

      talk soon,
