i’ve been busy designing valentines you can d.i.y. OR d.i.t {do it together} with your little ones by your side…. take a peek below and if you love what you see, head to the valentine page!
this d.i.y. set includes a pdf automatic download for 3.5 x 5″ cards in 3 designs and 2 to 4 color schemes. add a simple supply or 2 and quality time crafting with kidlets and that’s all you need to create these fun hand crafted valentines to hand out!
my personal fave…. the googly eyes. find the fun plastic eyes at any craft store or buy a large quantity for about $5 from oriental trading.
whatever you don’t use is sure to come in handy later.
get messy with a little ink then place thumb prints in the shape of a heart. sweet and personal.
tell friends just how big of smartie pants you think they are by tying a roll of smarties to their valentine card.
download is available { H E R E } at the bottom of the page.
having so much playing with ideas for valentine’s day + have more to come!

I love your ideas! The eyes on you is my favorite! Would you be willing to link this up to my Valentine Link Party going on now? I’d love to have you! Thanks, Michelle http://michellepaige.blogspot.com/2012/01/rockin-valentine-valentine-link-party.html
thanks for the invite michelle…. all linked up!!! xo
OH MY GOSH!! I love it ALL.. I know what I will be doing w/the kids this weekend while the Snowstorm passes us by in NY! Thank you so much!
oh fun! our power has been out for the last few days from a snow storm and it’s so nice to have activities to do…. stay cozy!
Like another poster, finding “not-so-cutsie” valentines for boys is very hard. These sure fit the bill for moms and kids. Thanks so much!
Out of all the Valentine ideas I have seen I honestly and truly think these are my favorite. Everything about them is just perfect. Simple. Sweet. Fun. Thank you so much!
It would be hard to pick just one of these. They are great!
Thanks so much for taking the time to link up to my Valentine Link Party! I appreciate you doing that! I love your creativity!
Absolutely adorable!!! I was wondering if the “eyes” one with the red glasses and blue stripes might be available as an individual d-i-y printable? Or if I purchase the set, do I have the option of just printing those ones?
Can you share your paper source (especially if it’s online or nationally available)? I have the hardest time finding a nice quality stock like that. Thanks! Awesome projects.
always happy to share info! if you don’t mind purchasing larger quantities neenah paper is the best place to shop. i recommend eames furniture weave here: http://www.neenahpaper.com/FinePaper/MoreBrands/EAMESPaperCollection/ProductDetail?color=Eames+White&finish=Eames+Weave or sundance felt here: http://www.neenahpaper.com/FinePaper/SUNDANCEPapers/ProductDetail?color=100+PC+White&finish=Felt . paper source is also a great place to get textured card stock in a lower quantity. xo . rae
These papers are so beautiful!! Can I ask what type of printer you used? I’ve never printed on textured cardstock but I would love to!
These Valentines are so cute and creative! I am so excited for Valentines day, because nothing is more fun than making something fun for a loved one!
